The Degree of Administrative Delegation Practice among The Heads of Administrative Departments in The Ministry of Education In Jordanian

Abstract

The study aims to identify the degree of administrative delegation practice among the heads of administrative departments in the Ministry of Education in Jordan from the point of view of its employees. The descriptive approach was used, and to collect the study data, a questionnaire consisting of (25) items was developed, and its validity and reliability have been confirmed. The study sample consisted of (420) male and female employees who were selected using the random stratified method.The results of the study indicated that the practice of administrative delegation by the heads of administrative departments in the Ministry of Education Center for from the employees' point of view was average.
