Abstract: The current study aims to investigate the impact of dynamic capabilities with its dimensions (strategic learning, Reframing Resources, Resources Integration, Coordinating, Alliance Management) on the organizational ambidexterity and its dimensions (Exploration and Exploitation Opportunities) through the technological vigilance as a mediating role in the Jordanian Pharmaceutical Industry Companies. The population of the study was (297) senior and junior employees in (13) Pharmaceutical Industry Companies. The sample was selected using proportional stratified sample. The researchers distributed 233 samples; 210 samples have been recovered for analysis.The study found a statistically significant effect at the significance level (α ≤ 0.05) of dynamic capabilities, with its dimensions, on organizational agility in both of its aspects. The dynamic capabilities, through their dimensions, were able to explain (55.4%) of the variance in organizational agility in both of its aspects within Jordanian pharmaceutical companies. The study also revealed that there is a statistically significant difference of the dynamic capabilities with its dimensions on the organizational ambidexterity through the technological vigilance, that is, the dynamic capacities could interpret (81.1%) of the variance in the organizational ambidexterity and its dimensions in the Jordanian Pharmaceutical Industry Companies. The study recommended that the Jordanian Pharmaceutical Industry Companies should reinforce the concept of dynamic capabilities with its dimensions because this variable with its dimensions has a positive impact on organizational ambidexterity of the companies.
