The Degree of Commitment of Kindergarten Principals in Ajloun Governorate to the Philosophy and Objectives of Kindergarten from the Teachers' Point of View
The study aims to reveal the degree of commitment of the kindergarten principals in Ajloun Governorate to the philosophy and objectives of kindergarten from the teachers' point of view. The study adopted the descriptive survey method, and both researchers developed a questionnaire to measure the degree of commitment of kindergarten principals in Ajloun governorate to the philosophy and objectives of kindergartens, consisting of (44) items. The study population consists of (227) female teachers, and the study sample consisted of (196) female teachers who were chosen by the available random method. The most important results of the study indicate that the degree of commitment of the kindergarten principals in Ajloun governorate to the philosophy and objectives of the kindergarten came to a very large degree. Results of study reveale that there are no statistically significant differences in the degree of commitment of kindergarten principals in Ajloun governorate to the philosophy and objectives of kindergarten from the teachers' point of view due to the variables (kindergarten type, educational qualification, and experience). The researchers recommend that kindergarten principals in Ajloun governorate continue to adhere to the principles and objectives of the philosophy of education in kindergartens.
