Abstract:

This study investigates one of the most important contemporary issues, that preoccupies Muslims, and casts a shadow over global proposals in the field of political participation, from a jurisprudential point of view, within the methodology of objective doctrinal research, guided by the sayings and opinions of contemporary scholars; to clarify the ruling on this participation in its free (democratic) and pluralistic partisan sphere; Then formulating the nation's policy on the guidance of the Sharia, and the light of truth and justice, and if this indicates anything, it indicates the greatness of Islamic legislation, which shapes civilization in its political field, in a way that raises the status of man - whoever he is - and gives him his right to political participation; In order to elevate humanity to the highest degrees of sublimity in it; Therefore, this study stormed the door, and presented the useful new - God willing - in putting forward a concern of the world as a whole and the Muslims in particular, and the comprehensive crown in building life with its newness is based - in jurisprudence - on permissibility, and it is the basis for the new participatory politics, and others, unless there is a clear argument from the Sharia that refute it.
