The Impact of Organizational Change Management on Supply Chain Integration at Jordanian Companies for Human Pharmaceutical Manufacturing
Abstract:
The study aims to analyze the impact of organizational change management on supply chain integration at Jordanian companies for human pharmaceutical manufacturing. The study population consisted of all managers working in senior and middle level managements totaled of (493) managers at (17) Jordanian companies for human pharmaceutical manufacturing, the study used a comprehensive survey method of all study population elements, and used the descriptive analytical method, and the questionnaire consisted of (28) items used as a tool to collect data from the study population elements. The study concludes that the adoption level of organizational change management with its dimensions (change in organizational structure, change in technology, change in human resources, and change in organizational culture), and the level of Supply Chain Integration with its dimensions (supplier integration, customer integration, and operations integration), at Jordanian companies for human pharmaceutical manufacturing have reached a high degree on the five-level Likert scale, the study also concluded an important statistic significant impact of organizational change management on supply chain integration at Jordanian companies for human pharmaceutical manufacturing. The study recommended the necessity of promoting the adoption level of organizational change management at the researched companies; because of its impact on supply chain integration.
