Abstract:

This research aims to investigate the limits of the imagination in the drawings for children in the Arab children's magazines, followed the descriptive analytical method, and the community is the magazines directed to the child in the Arab world, the sample was randomly selected from those magazines.

Since the goal of the research includes an analysis of the content of the imagination contained in the drawings published by these journals, and because of the lack of a ready and appropriatetool for this goal, the researchers considered the preparation of a tool to achieve the goal of the research, consisting of seventeen paragraphs were formulated and prepared as a monitoring list depends on the collection of data on the observation, After the researchers have completed the design of the research tool, they presented it to a group of experts in the fields of audiovisual arts and art education to determine the validity of their verbs to measure the apparent honesty. The results of the magazine that achieved the highest proportion is the magazine (the small Arab) by (71.94%), and Iraqi magazines were the lowest in terms of using the vocabulary of imagination specified in the search tool and this indicator is not good, and means a gap with a certain dimension between imaginary education Between the Iraqi child and the Arab child.
