Abstract:
The economic value of the trademark stems from its function, where industrial products, traded goods and other services are distinguished. Such distinction should attract clients to the quality and quantity of goods that consumers pick out these good in association with the trademark. It is one of the factors that raise the value of the mark in addition to the quality and quantity of the goods shape, beauty and colors. What affects the psyche of the public is this factor which links the new legal conditions that increase their value significantly.
There are innovated links that represent an effective factor in competition, distribution of products, and covering large geographic areas.
Some of these links help small, medium, and pioneering projects in the field of industry and agriculture, especially in case of transferring technology, like developing products and distinguishing them with certain characteristics that makes them more demanded. The Franchise contracts, the company, and works are considered activities that link he trade mark with the receptor. The link depends on the degree of legal and economic benefit to both parties.
The subject is divided into two parts: The first is the legal links required for the project; and the second is the legal and economic effects of such links.
