The level of organizational culture in secondary schools in Ajloun in Jordan from the point of view of teachers

Abstract

The study aims at identifying the level of organizational culture at secondary schools in Ajloun in Jordan from the teachers' point of view. The study used a descriptive approach through the distribution of a questionnaire study sample of (291) teachers, was applied to study in the academic year (2014/2015). The study results show: that the degree to estimate the overall level of organizational culture in secondary schools in Ajloun in Jordan and teachers point of view was average, and the lack of statistically significant differences in the responses of the study sample at the level of the organizational culture because of the different sex classes in all areas except the areas of values regulatory tool as a whole came differences in favor of males, and the results showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the responses of the study sample at the level of organizational culture attributed to the educational qualification of the variables, and years of experience. The study recommends the need to the attention of the Ministry of Education and organizational culture, take the policies and procedures that increase the level of awareness of school personnel and organizational culture, which increases the level of functionality they have.
