Abstract
This research addresses the health aspects in Al-Karak and its neighbrhood region in the Emirate during the period (1921-1946 AD) by identifying the development of health services in Al Karak in terms of the numbers of doctors and hospitals, indicating the most important communicable diseases that were prevalent in Al Karak during that period, in addition to making tables showing the number of casualties as well as the number of fatalities, as well as the most important actions that were taken by the government in the face of communicable diseases and in improving the health status .This research relied mainly on the annual reports of the Department of Public.
