The Impact of the Conflict Patterns on the Organization Empowerment of the Employees in the Jordanian Phosphate Company

Abstract:

The study aims at identifying theconflict patterns and the organization empowerment of the employees, and measuring the impact of the conflict patterns on the organization empowerment of the employees in the Jordanian phosphate company. And to achieve its objectives, a questionnaire was designed for this purpose which included (35) items in the final shape, that tested the sincerity of the tool and its reliability by using (Chronbach Alpha) with reliability coefficient equal to (94%). The study findings had reached at a number of results, which are:

a.  There were statistically significance impact at the significant level (α = 0.05), for the conflict patterns (competition, courtesy, cooperation and compromise), on the organization empowerment of the employees in the Jordanian phosphate company.

b.  There was no statistically significance impact at the significant level (α = 0.05), for the conflict pattern (avoidance), on the organization empowerment of the employees in the Jordanian phosphate company.

According to previous results, the study recommends working to increase awareness among workers in the Jordanian Phosphate Company on the concept of organizational conflict and patterns, and through sessions focused on this phenomenon because of its importance, but dealt with a rational and correct way.
