Abstract
This study aims at shedding light on a range of civil law articles and the law of landlords and tenants, which concerns in evacuating tenants. This law has been modified and added to the articles of the law that affect the lives and stability of the tenant and consequently lead to the stability of society where there is a large segment of tenants. To achieve the objectives of the study, the articles related to recovery and evacuation of leased property were studied and analyzed to demonstrate their importance, their application in practical life and the positive and negative impacts on tenants. Furthermore, they were compared with some of the evacuation routes identified by the law of landlords and tenants through studying three chapters show the ways in which legislator follow in order to enable the lessor to recover and evacuate the leased property.
