Abstract:

Because of the importance of the syndicated loans as a financial tool in major projects, due to the important of syndicated loans in financing mega-projects and its preparatory stage, this research aims to study and analyses the letters, documents, and change invitations between parties. As a legal study, this research gives a legal description according to the Jordanian legal system.
