Abstract:
This study aims to clarify the methodology of Imam Al-Bukhari in controlling Hasan (good) Hadiths, as classified by some Hadith scholars—particularly narrations who were critiqued for their lesser precision—through his book *Al-Jami' al-Sahih. This is achieved by examining examples related to the topic, studying, and analyzing them to understand the approach Imam Al-Bukhari used in dealing with narrations with lesser precise. The study includes a definition of methodology, an explanation of the Hasan Hadith, a description of the criteria for (Hasan) Hadiths, and a demonstration of Imam Al-Bukhari's hadith scholarship and ingenuity, shown through his treatment of narrations with noted weaknesses in precision. The study follows a partial inductive method: gathering relevant material from *Al-Jami' al-Sahih* by Imam Al-Bukhari, alongside commentaries on the text, such as *Fath al-Bari*, as well as books on Hadith terminology. Additionally, the study employs a descriptive-analytical method, describing the collected material, then analyzing and organizing the scholarly content.
Keywords: : Al-Imam Al-Bukhari, Al-Hadith Al-Hasan, narrators with Lesser Precision.
