The study aims to evaluate the Madrasati platform in the light of the standards of quality of e-learning design from the point of view of secondary school teachers in Madinah, and to achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the descriptive approach. The research tool was the questionnaire in order to collect data, and it consisted of (57) items, and the study was conducted on a sample of (333) teachers in Madinah during the academic year 1443 AH, and the study concluded that the general arithmetic mean of the degree of achieving the quality standards of e-learning design in the Madrasati platform was (3.87), which means that these standards are available with a generally (high) degree. The tenth criterion: security and privacy, and the eleventh criterion: taking responsibility for learning are the most available criteria, as the average for each of them was (4.22), which means that they are available to a (very high) degree, while the ninth criterion: interactive features, and the thirteenth criterion achieving equality are the least of the standards achieved, as the arithmetic mean for them respectively reached the following: (3.38) and (3.36), which means that they are available in a (moderate) degree. In the light of these results, the study concluded a set of recommendations.
