Abstract:

The study aims to identify the reality of the application of comprehensive quality standards in e-learning from the students' perspectives. It also aims to reveal individual differences in the average ratings of the study sample regarding the reality of the application of comprehensive quality standards in e-learning among the student group. These differences are attributed to variables such as gender, academic year at the university, academic specialization, and academic degree in the College of Sharia. This study used a descriptive and analytical approach. To achieve the study's objective, the researcher constructed the study tool, a questionnaire consisting of forty-four items distributed across five domains. The study concluded that there is a statistically significant difference at the significance level (α = 0.05) in the average ratings of the study sample members in the second domain (the technical structure standard of the e-learning platform) from the perspective of students at the College of Sharia and Islamic Studies at Yarmouk University, attributed to the gender variable. The study also concluded that there was no statistically significant difference at the significance level (α = 0.05) in the average ratings of the study sample members in the five areas, from the perspective of students of the College of Sharia and Islamic Studies at Yarmouk University, attributed to the educational level variable. There was a statistically significant difference at the significance level (α = 0.05) in the average ratings of the study sample members regarding the implementation of comprehensive quality standards in e-learning for Sharia sciences, from the perspective of students of the College of Sharia and Islamic Studies at Yarmouk University, attributed to the specialization variable. Among the most important recommendations of the study: holding training workshops for both faculty members and students to train them on the optimal use of e-learning techniques.
