Abstract:
The study aims to assess the impact of implementing e-commerce prerequisites on electronic payment methods from the perspective of employees in hypermarket establishments in Amman's capital between 2022 and 2023. Additionally, it seeks to identify any significant differences in the application of e-commerce requirements based on gender and practical experience among workers in Amman's hypermarket institutions. Conducted using a descriptive analytical approach, the study included 217 participants, all of whom received a uniform questionnaire. However, the analysis focused on 185 retrieved questionnaires. The findings indicated a moderate level of perception regarding the implementation of e-commerce requirements. Moreover, the study revealed no discernible differences based on gender or practical experience among employees in hypermarket establishments in Amman. In conclusion, the study recommends further exploration of the subject by expanding research to encompass diverse communities and samples.
