The Significance of Wealth in the Arab-Zionist Struggle (in Arabic)
Sami Al-Salahat
Abstract: The present study investigates the significance of preserving wealth in the Arab-Zionist struggle through an objective analysis of the most significant utilization of wealth in this conflict. Since preserving wealth has been considered by the fundamentalists as one of the five essentials that each Muslim should guard, it gains more emphasis in any military conflict where it is perplexing to judge whether it is used fairly or not. Wealth has topped the Arab-Zionist struggle assuming various forms. There is a complete usurpation of Islamic lands that belong to the Palestinians and Holy lands that belong to the Muslim Ummah. Zionist occupation of Palestine has confiscated all these properties since 1948 hiding under false pretexts and unjust laws, such as laws of properties of the absent, laws for building the racist wall or charging huge fines from Arabs living in their homeland.

Data for this research has been collected from some randomly chosen Internet sites in the Arabic World, and the methods used are deductive and analytical.

The Second Legislative Council and its Decreasing Importance in the Modern Political Systems: A Comparative Study (in Arabic)
Zohier Qaddoura
Abstract: In this research I tackled- about a comparative study - the legislative authority which is the Parliament in modern political regimes and focused on the second legislative council in countries that apply this system, whether they are simple or federal countries. It was noticed that duality of the legislative authority is unjustified in simple democratic countries, but in federal countries it is very essential because such countries are composed from several states that do not wish to fully emerge with the federal authority and prefer to keep some independency in certain aspects and these aspects are represented in a second legislative council .After analysing several practices in this field, it was noticed that the second legislative council started to lose its importance in both federal and simple countries, this result was concluded after studying the practices in the United Kingdom, France, Canada, Australia, and some other Arabic countries such as Jordan and Egypt. The research was divided into three chapters. In the first chapter the system of two legislative councils in simple and federal countries was defined. In the second chapter an explanation with examples was given to the reduction of the second legislative council’s role in several countries. In the third chapter the new trend in modern political systems which aims to cancel the second legislative council was explained. The reason behind such a trend manifested in the power of the central authority and the structure of the second legislative council can not stand against the influence of the central authority. It was noticed that several Scandinavian countries started taking measures to cancel the second legislative authority . Finally the results of the research were illustrated and several recommendations were put, which focused on the importance to cancel the second legislative council in developing countries with the reasons that justify such recommendations.

Knowledge generation, through exchange of resources, showed a good level. Results also showed a negative effect of high significance of each specialization, departmentation and formalization, on knowledge generation. The other four dimensions: centralization, communication patterns, communities of practice and responsibility for knowledge management, showed positive impact of high significance on knowledge generation. There were differences in knowledge generation levels among the employees due to certain personal factors. The study recommended a number of structural changes that would enhance, support and encourage higher levels of knowledge generation.
