Abstract :
This research presents evidence from the correct Sunnah of the Prophet, through which appropriate solutions to road accidents are found.
A remedy for this problem has been found through: presenting the inherited evidence that explains the point of the research, implementing these evidences in a manner consistent with finding solutions to it, and using mental and legal evidence with a clear impact in achieving the purpose of this research.
