The Role of the School Administration in Integrating People with Special needs With Regular School Students in the First Directorate of Education at Zarqa
The purpose of this study is to see how school administrators help include students with special needs in regular schools. The researchers used a survey method to gather information and created a scale to measure how well schools are integrating students with special needs. The scale had two parts: one measuring administrative support and the other measuring academic support. The researchers used a sample of (130) principals from schools in the first Zarqa Education District. They collected and analyzed the data. The study found that there is a problem with providing the right kind of environment and resources for people with special needs to learn. It also showed that teachers do not have enough training on how to help students with special needs.
